Managing birthday and anniversary automations.
As a program administrator, you have the ability to manage settings corporately. This includes setting the system to automate anniversaries and birthday recognition (with or without points).
To access birthday and anniversary automations:
From here select the AUTOMATION tab. When you click on the AUTOMATIONS link you can:
1. Set up anniversary automations.
2,. Set up birthday automations.
3. Enable or disable the automation.
4. Show the birthdays or anniversaries on the TeamBoard.
5. Create a new automation.
When you set up anniversary automations you can either set up one for every anniversary or for specific milestones such as 1, 5 or 10 years and customize the anniversary merit, points awarded and message:
Make sure you press SAVE when your automations are set up.
