Invitation/Self-Registration Code

Each client account contains its own unique identifier code. This code is used for registration of employees and to ensure that all activity within an account is attached to the right business. The code is automatically applied when an employee is created by a business admin but is required by an employee who is using the self registration tool to register their account within your program.

Your employee will need to know the code in order to self-register. From the login page, when they select "Register Account", they will need to enter this unique code in order to complete the registration process. Your company's unique invitation code can be accessed by:

1. Log into your business account.

2. Clicking on your Avatar or initials in the upper right-hand corner & selecting "My Business".




3. You may be registered to more than one business. If so, select the business that you were wanting to work in and click on the icon that displays a building.


4. Click on the "Security" tab in the header and this will display your invitation code

 For security reasons, if you wish to change the invitation code, you can do so by clicking on the "Regenerate" link. If you have distributed any pre-printed self-registration instruction sheets that Contain the old code, they will need to be replaced with the new code.

 You are also able to print a PDF of the invitation instructions which may be included in employee starter packages that are distributed to new employees, instances where you are able to otherwise communicate the code to your employee, or in instances where you prefer to allow your employees to register themselves.
