The system allows you to issue a thank you and recognition merit to a co-worker, even if you do not have TeamPoints. You can still recognize a co-worker without transferring points.
To send a merit of thanks or recognition to a fellow employee:
Log into your account.
Select TEAMBOARD from the left hand menu bar.
On the top of the page you will see RECOGNIZE SOMEONE.
Type in their name or email address.
Type in the reason that you are wanting to recognize that individual.
Select the appropriate Merit category, Thank you, Congratulations, etc.
If you have TeamPoints, you can issue up to the maximum number of points available to you. If you do not have TeamPoints simply set the points award amount to zero. You can see if you have TeamPoints by looking at the account balances in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
Identify if you would like to make the transaction private or public. This will determine if the Merritt is listed on the public keyboard or not.
Click RECOGNIZE to complete the transaction.
