Editing a User's Anniversary

To Edit A Specific User's Anniversary



From the list that is displayed find the employee that you wish to edit and click on the edit Icon (pencil) on the right side of the employee's name. You can 1: search for the user in the search bar and 2 - edit the user. 



From the header menu, click on SETTINGS.

 


Under EMPLOYMENT CONFIGURATION you will see a box where you can add or change a person's employee number and besides that you will see a box where you can add or edit the person's Employment Anniversary Date. 


 

From here simply put in the correct date.

 

Be sure to click on the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page to make your changes take effect.
