How to resend e-gift cards or recover redemption URL if not received or deleted
Did you order an e-gift card and it did not arrive or did you accidentally delete the email or text message? If so, you can resend the card to the original email or phone number, view the card online, or view your rewards history. You can resend the card or access the redemption URL directly from your account by following these simple instructions.
1. Log into your rewards program.
2. Click on GET REWARDS
2. Click on REWARDS HISTORY
On the REWARDS HISTORY page you will see all your previous orders:
Resending your reward will send it to the original email address or phone number you entered. For security reasons, you cannot choose a different number or email address to send this to. If you wish to view the gift card, click on VIEW REWARDS INFORMATION and the details and link to view the card will appear:
