New Gift Card Fulfillment System

Teamo has launched a new gift card rewards fulfillment system with an exciting, more efficient process. There are several important changes to be aware of. The new system offers many advantages including:

1. Expedience. Electronic gift cards will be processed and fulfilled almost immediately.  
2. Options. You can send your gift cards to any email address or to your phone via text message, regardless of the email you have in your profile. 
3. Flexibility. Depending on the gift card vendor, you will be able to select from a variety of denominations, or in some cases, be able to choose your own card value. 
4. New Gift Card Delivery OptionsYou can now resend your gift card to your email or phone number if you delete or loose the original notification.

How to Access The New Gift Card System

To redeem  gift cards, first choose the brand you are looking for, then select the value of the gift card you wish to receive:

Step 1: Once logged into your rewards program, click GET REWARDS.
Step 2: Choose if you are looking for Gift Cards or other rewards such as merchandise. 
Step 3: You can also search for specific vendors (if they are on the program). 



Once you see the gift card you wish to redeem for, click on VIEW to go the to specific brand page:

Step 1: Choose the value of the gift card you wish to redeem for. Or;
Step 2: Select the number of points you wish to use. 
Step 3: If you wish to use as many points as possible you can select SPEND MAX POINTS. This will allow you to get the largest gift card you can receive with the points you have available. 
Step 4: Click ADD TO CART to redeem for the gift card. 



You can repeat this process for as many cards as you wish to add. When you have selected your gift card(s) you will then proceed to the order summary screen. When you are satisfied that your order is correct you can click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT:



From this checkout page, choose whether to receive your gift card via email or text message:



You can only send the card to one email or text number. Once you have ordered the card it will arrive very quickly.

 

Orders are processed immediately and the transaction is final. Once you have accepted your selection and approved your order, your gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If you did not receive your card, accidentally deleted it, or simply want to see you order history, you can do this by:

1. Click on GET REWARDS
2. Click on REWARDS HISTORY




On the REWARDS HISTORY page you will see all your previous orders:



Resending your reward will send it to the original email address or phone number you entered. For security reasons, you cannot choose a different number or email address to send this to.  If you wish to view the gift card, click on VIEW REWARDS INFORMATION and the details and link to view the card will appear:



This screen will also show if the reward was:
 Shipped via courier (for physical rewards). 

A gift card sent via text message. 

A gift card sent via email.
